Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives public access to many court and public records, but Logan County records are not held by one office. The Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit, District, Family, criminal, traffic, divorce, and probate case records. The County Clerk handles recording, marriage licenses, eCCLIX, and DOC ALERT. The Sheriff's Office handles court security, process, and law-enforcement open records, while the Detention Center handles jail custody information.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can identify the likely office, but the document has to come from that office.
